That vision had a name: Philippe.
Our founder arrived from Belgium with a unique understanding of hospitality. He believed that truly great restaurants are built not only on outstanding food but also on genuine hospitality, attention to every detail, and the ability to make everyone who walks through the door feel welcome.
More than three decades later, that philosophy continues to define who we are.
